All items are generally shipped within 5-7 business days of order receipt, unless otherwise noted and are shipped via FeDex
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
If your items arrive not as expected, or are damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at 954.975.2010. Photographs of both the damaged item and its container/box (if box had any damage) are required. SGD will issue a credit within 15 days of receipt of damaged goods. Prepaid return labels will be provided by Steven Greenwald Design.
